Seeking of knowledge is obligatory upon every Muslim

Abu Hurairah may Allah be pleased with him narrated that The Prophet peace and blessing of Allah be upon him said: “Whoever seeks a way to acquire knowledge Allah will make easy his way to paradise.” (Muslim)

Anas may Allah be pleased with him related that the Messenger of Allah peace and blessing of Allah be upon him said: “Seeking of knowledge is obligatory upon every Muslim.” (Ibn Majah)
